SALVATION PRAYER

Dear Jesus,

 I come to you confessing that I am a sinner. I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived;

I need your forgiveness. I believe that you died for my sins,

and I am now willing to turn from my sinful life.

Forgive me Lord and come live in my heart.  I confess Jesus as the Lord of my soul.

With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead.

This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior

and according to His Word, right now I am saved.

Thank you, Jesus, for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins.

I thank you Jesus for forgiving me.

⁹ If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. ¹⁰ For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. ¹¹ As the Scriptures tell us, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced. ¹² Jew and Gentile are the same in this respect. They have the same Lord, who gives generously to all who call on him. ¹³ For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”  Romans 10: 9-13 (NLT)

Things you need to understand is that the prayer for salvation is only the first step.

You have now began a new chapter in your life.

There will be good and bad days but Jesus is always with you.

It is important that you get into church where you can learn more about Jesus and this new journey you have begun.
